Welcome to Baruch Foodies, a blog dedicated to the person with an appetite for food. This blog is aimed to give you a unique perspective of the food scene in New York City. As students at Baruch College, located in the heart of the City, we understand what it’s like to live in the city and be surrounded by great restaurants, great cuisines, and great cultures. Spaghetti and Soup


Last night, my family and I decided to have a Western style dinner. We made fruit salad with apple, melon, and persimmon combined with just a touch of mayo as well as roasted peppre soup topped with basil and cheese crouton. Finally, our main dish was spaghetti with red sauce, used with minced meat and tomato and topped with parmesan cheese. The result: a satisfied stomach from a delicious family meal.
